1. The Service Solvus provides a custom website build for a one-time fee of $2,450.

2. Ownership Full ownership of the website design and content is transferred to the client only after the final payment has been processed.

3. No Guarantee of Results While we build for high conversion, we do not guarantee specific sales, commissions, or a specific number of leads, as these depend on the client's own marketing efforts.

4. TREC Compliance We provide the necessary links for Texas Real Estate Commission compliance; however, the client is responsible for ensuring their specific broker information is kept up to date.

5. Refunds Due to the custom nature of web development, all sales are final once the design phase has begun.

6. Limitation of Liability Solvus is not liable for any lost commissions, technical downtime, or third-party IDX feed errors.
